Shervin M. Louie, DDS
Dr. Louie earned the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in Los Angeles and became licensed to practice dentistry in California in 1994.
Since completing his training program at USC in 1994, he has pursued additional training in the area of Cosmetic and Implant Reconstruction. Upon his graduation in 1994, Dr. Louie joined the faculty at the University of Southern California as a clinical professor. In 2006, he received an award for 10 years of outstanding Service to the School of Dentistry.
After practicing as an Associate Professor at USC, Dr. Louie took over a private practice in Hollywood, California on Larchmont Boulevard in 1996, which was established over 50 years ago by a very well known Hollywood Dentist. From 1996 to 2006, Dr. Louie taught in the Restorative Department at the USC School of Dentistry.
Dr. Louie is an active member of the Los Angeles Dental Society a component of the California Dental Association (CDA) and American Dental Association (ADA) and is the past Co-chairman of the Los Angeles Dental Society Peer Review Committee. He has also served as an Examiner of that committee for over ten years.
The purpose of the peer review system is to resolve disputes that may arise in the delivery of dental services to the public in particular, disputes regarding the quality and/or appropriateness of dental treatment.
The California Dental Association and its 32 component dental societies, in keeping with their obligation of service to the public, have established a statewide peer review system.
A peer review committee, comprised of California Dental Association member-dentist volunteers, evaluates all available evidence pertaining to each dispute and follows specific procedures to make a fair and impartial determination. The parties involved are then notified of a committee’s decision by a letter of resolution.

Dr. Louie is best known for his exceptional work in both Cosmetic and Implant Reconstruction Dentistry. He has an impeccable eye for esthetics and is passionate about natural smile transformations.
Dr. Louie has mastered the process of creating beautiful porcelain veneer restorations, especially for patients who have misaligned teeth. In most porcelain veneer cases the entire treatment can be completed in two appointments. He is also an expert in other cosmetic procedures including invisible teeth straightening treatment (Invisalign) and In-office teeth whitening.
Dr. Louie grew up in the Los Angeles area and has been married for over 12 years. He and his wife have four beautiful children. When he is not working, Dr. Louie is involved in fundraising for non-profit organizations. He enjoys tennis, gardening, photography, and playing an active role in raising his children.

Dr. Victoria Naiman
Dr. Victoria Naiman earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Prior to beginning her career as a dentist, Dr. Naiman earned a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from USC and practiced as a dental hygienist in both general and specialty offices in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area.
Upon completing her dental hygiene training at USC, Dr. Naiman joined the faculty as a clinical instructor for dental and dental hygiene students. She continued teaching dental students while completing her DDS degree as well.
Dr. Naiman holds an appreciation and passion for all aspects of dentistry. Her unique background with a dual degree as a Dentist and Dental Hygienist provides her with a particular view and vision. She believes that the foundation of a healthy mouth starts with healthy gums. She enjoys meeting and getting to know her patients as well as playing an active role in keeping her patient’s teeth healthy.
Dr. Naiman is an active member of the San Fernando Valley Dental Society, California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She resides in the North Hollywood area with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, and traveling.
