Smile in LA Scholarship
The Smile in LA Scholarship is proud to be offered by the team at the practice of Los Angeles dentist, Dr. Shervin M. Louie. As experienced professionals in a field where education is of the foremost value, we are honored to be supporting students in pursuit of their academic goals. Dr. Louie himself received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles.
The Smile in LA Scholarship is a $500 award that will be presented annually to one student. Below are additional details regarding the submission process and requirements for this award. We look forward to hearing from our students!
Application Procedure:
Submit a 600-1,000-word response to the assigned question. Please include with your response your name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
